Dustproof Floor Sealer

 Dustproof floor sealer is a professional-grade, water-based concrete sealer developed for use in raised access flooring systems. Specially formulated to penetrate porous subfloors, it forms a hard, coloured film that binds dust and reduces the risk of pedestal failure caused by concrete laitance.

This red variant is typically used as a second coat in dual-application sealing systems, providing a clearly visible film that confirms full surface coverage. The odourless, solvent-free formula is safe to use in enclosed spaces, contains no VOCs or phthalates, and maintains a long shelf life without settling or fungal growth.

Application is simple and effective — dilute with water at a 5:1 ratio for standard use or up to 10:1 for general dust suppression in two-coat systems. Each 20-litre unit covers up to 300m² depending on surface conditions, making it a highly cost-effective solution for large installations.
